Artichoke Frittata

  1. Drain marinade from 1 jar into skillet.
  2. Chop artichokes (both jars drained) and set aside.
  3. Saute onion and garlic in marinade 5 minutes.
  4. In bowl, beat eggs slightly.
  5. Add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper seasoning sauce.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Mix in remainder of ingredients.
  8. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch pan.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
  10. Cut in squares.
  11. (May be frozen after baking.
  12. After thawing, serve cold or reheat about 10 minutes.)
