Beef-Greens-Potato Green Beans

  1. Saute onion in vegetable oil 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Crumble ground beef or turkey and cook.
  3. Add garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Blend soup with liquid; add to skillet.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Cook potatoes and green beans until done.
  7. Add to skillet and simmer gently until flavors are blended; do not boil.
