Mexican Stack-Up For Twenty
- 4 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. chopped onions
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 small cans tomato puree
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 large cans Ranch Style beans
- 2 (12 oz.) bags small Fritos
- 1 (14 oz.) box instant rice, cooked
- Meat Sauce (prepared)
- 2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 large onions, grated
- 1 large head lettuce, chopped
- 5 chopped tomatoes
- pitted ripe or green olives, chopped
- 7 oz. grated coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 16 oz. picante sauce
- Use pie dough, enough for a two crust pie, your favorite recipe or prepared crust.
- Cut each round crust in two pieces.
