Orange Honey Glaze Spareribs
- 3 lbs spareribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly gournd pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 orange, grated rind for garnish
- Cut spareribs into 2-3 rib pieces.
- Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper. Place into 13-x-9-inch baking dish.
- Bake in hot oven at 400 degrees for 40 minute Drain off fat.
- Meanwhile, mix together tomato sauce, orange juice, honey, vinegar, onion, galic and worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over ribs to coat evenly.
- Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees, Bake 40 minute longer or until ribs are juicy and tender.
