Fresh Salsa

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. If using fresh chili, wash green chili but do not cut it.
  3. Place whole chili on baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes or until chili begins to soften.
  4. Remove from oven, cool and slice the chili.
  5. Discard the seeds.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  7. Process or blend just until all ingredients are finely chopped.
  8. Do not puree. Chill and serve.
