Swiss Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes until very tender.
  2. Drain and mash with butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread about 4 cups of the potato mixture onto bottom and sides of a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  4. Combine cheese, ham, onion and garlic powder.
  5. Spoon into potato shells.
  6. Combine eggs and milk.
  7. Pour over all.
  8. Top with remaining potato mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0F for 1 hour.
