House Jogger Chili

  1. In
  2. a
  3. wok or large frypan brown meat.
  4. Drain
  5. meat
  6. of excess grease, then set meat aside.
  7. Cut
  8. up
  9. all
  10. vegetables. Thin slice
  11. carrots diagonally about 1/4 inch
  12. thick.
  13. Put
  14. 3 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok or large Dutch oven or cooking pot.
  15. Add
  16. some
  17. of
  18. the cut up
  19. vegetables
  20. (green
  21. peppers, onions, jalapeno peppers and carrots).
  22. Stir-fry
  23. or saute for approximately
  24. 10 minutes.
  25. Keep stirring
  26. during
  27. this
  28. time. Add remainder of vegetables, other ingredients and meat to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours.
