Daffodil Dip(The Lovejoy Boys Favorite Vegetable Dip)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
- dash of pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 hard-cooked egg
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 green pepper, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. chili sauce
- seeds (from pumpkin)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. water
- Wash the seeds and remove the strings.
- Let the seeds soak in salted water overnight.
- Drain well.
- Then place the seeds in a low baking pan in a 300u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Eat with or without removing the shells.
