Banana Split Cake
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large container whip cream (i.e. Cool Whip)
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 to 3 bananas
- 1 small bottle maraschino cherries
- Mix together crumbs and 6 tablespoons melted butter.
- Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Beat until fluffy: confectioners sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
- Spread over crumbs. Slice bananas and place over creamy filling.
- Spread pineapple evenly over bananas.
- Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Decorate with cherries.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving.
