Candy Bar Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine 8 candy bars and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan.
  3. Melt over medium heat.
  4. Cream remaining 1/2 cup butter with sugar.
  5. Sift flour and soda.
  6. Add flour alternating with buttermilk.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Add melted candy and mix well.
  9. Stir in vanilla.
  10. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  11. Bake for 70-75 minutes.
  12. Cool then frost.
  13. For icing, melt candy bars with butter.
  14. Add sugar and vanilla.
  15. Blend in just enough milk to make a spreading cocsistency.
