White Sauce(For Bbq Chicken)
- 6 tbsp miracle whip/mayo
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 lb. cubed beef
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (or other cooking oil)
- 4 quarts beef stock (see note)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 3 bay leaves
- 3/4 tsp. crushed marjoram
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, save juice
- 1/3 c. uncooked barley
- 1 c. chopped okra
- 8 oz. baby lima beans (butter beans)
- 1 medium zucchini, cubed
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 c. chopped green beans
- 1 c. chopped sweet pepper
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 3 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
- Beef stock: If regular beef stock is not available, dissolve 16 beef bouillon cubes in 4 quarts of warm water.
