Sicilian Meat Roll

  1. Combine beaten eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Brown ground chuck.
  3. Drain. Stir ground chuck into mixture.
  4. On waxed paper, pat meat into 12 x 10-inch.
  5. Arrange ham on top of meat and sprinkle shredded Mozzarella
  6. cheese.
  7. Roll up.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese halves.
  9. Makes approximately 8 servings.
