Banana Split Pie
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- crushed pecans
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- cherries
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pie pan.
- Beat the powdered sugar, flavoring and softened butter for 10 minutes.
- Add eggs, beating one at a time. Spread over crumbs.
- Slice and layer bananas.
- Drain pineapple and cover bananas.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts and lightly swirl chocolate syrup.
- Cover with Cool Whip, then top with pecans and cherries.
