More Casserole
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic buttons, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. solid tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. English peas
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- Melt fat and saute onion and garlic lightly.
- Do not brown. Add ground beef and saute.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder and water. Cook over low heat 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, peas, corn, salt and pepper.
- Heat.
- Add cooked spaghetti to sauce and blend well. Fill large greased baking dish with 1/2 of mixture.
- Add 1/2 of cheese and remainder of mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
