Pasta With Pesto

  1. In blender, put fresh basil leaves without stems.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, olive oil and garlic to make a smooth sauce.
  3. Boil pasta (al dente) right before tossing with the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  4. Saute mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and choice of meat.
  5. Before putting sun-dried tomatoes in the pan, rehydrate by simmering in water about 5 minutes.
  6. Toss with hot pasta.
  7. Serve immediately.
