Butterscotch Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter; beat until creamy.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk; mix well until blended.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans and butterscotch morsels.
  6. Pour batter equally into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
  8. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pans.
