Cajun Shrimp

  1. In large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter.
  2. Add onions, salt, garlic, peppers, basil, thyme and oregano; stir well.
  3. Add shrimp; saute until pink, about 1 minute, shaking the pan.
  4. Add mushrooms, stock and remaining butter.
