Philly Cheesesteak Dip
- 1 whole wheat baguette, sliced and toasted
- 8 ounces thin sliced chicken cutlets
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces shredded mild provolone cheese
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both side. Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray and cook on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through. Set aside and slice thin,.
- Spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in an oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
