Luscious Fruit Fluff

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Mix Bisquick mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture in an ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
  4. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes; cool.
  5. Mix cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
  6. Beat cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
  7. Fold cream and marshmallows into cheese mixture; spread over crust.
  8. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  9. Cut into squares; top with fruit.
  10. Makes 9 servings.
