Cheesecake Pudding - Weight Watchers

  1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until soft.
  2. Add dry pudding mix, dry milk, and water.
  3. Mix well with a whisk or electric mixer.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, Splenda, and vanilla.
  5. Spoon evenly into 6 small dishes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. To Serve:
  8. Sprinkle each dish with 3/4 Tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Add Cool Whip.
  10. 2.5 pts each.
  11. *You could pour this into a RF Graham cracker crust, just don't forget to add the points!
