My Favorite Casserole
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can black olives
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced and drained
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion until meat is browned.
- Add next 11 ingredients and mix well.
- Then add noodles and stir well.
- Pour into a large baking dish, cover and bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
- Serves 14 to 16 people.
