Kev'S Famous Double Meat Chili

  1. In 2 pans brown and drain the meat.
  2. Cube sirloin first.
  3. In a large pot over low flame, combine chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Add meat, spices, beer and tomatoes.
  5. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until thick.
  6. Add beans for 20 minutes to warm them and serve.
  7. Enjoy!!
