Tahitian Ham Loaf

  1. Thoroughly combine first 8 ingredients.
  2. Shape mixture into 9 patties.
  3. (Be sure patties are no wider than pineapple slices.)
  4. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, line up a row of alternating patties and pineapple slices, starting and ending with a patty.
  5. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients for glaze. Pour over roll and continue baking 1 hour longer, basting every 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with hot rice.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
