Trade Wind Salad

  1. Melt margarine with brown sugar in large skillet.
  2. Add cubed lunch meat.
  3. Cook and stir until golden brown.
  4. Cook macaroni. Mix cooked meat, cooked macaroni, pineapple, cheese and green pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), pineapple juice and salt together well.
  6. Add to meat and macaroni mixture.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Chill thoroughly.
  9. Serve on lettuce if desired.
