Lower Calorie Granola

  1. Mix oats, wheat germ, dry milk and chopped nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Heat and stir oil and honey in a small saucepan until blended.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and vanilla. Drizzle honey mixture over oat mixture and stir thoroughly.
  4. Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 300u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and stir well.
  7. Bake 10 minutes more; remove and stir.
  8. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool completely.
  9. Add raisins and store in an airtight container. Serving size:
  10. 1/4 cup.
  11. Contains 155 calories per serving. Exchanges:
  12. 1 bread, 1 fruit and 1 fat.
  13. Contains 30 mg. sodium.
