Clay'S Jail House Chili

  1. In Dutch oven over medium heat, brown meat until all pink color is gone.
  2. Add onion, garlic, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin, oregano.
  3. Cook about 20 minutes until vegies are very tender. Stir in tomatoes.
  4. Add beef stock, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat. Add kidney beans.
  6. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot with flour tortillas.
