Dill Dip(For Veggies)

  1. In a large bowl, combine rice, onion, Cajun seasoning, sour cream and cream cheese.
  2. Blend with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
  5. Makes about 6 cups.
