Savory Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Slice pork or chicken across grain in 1/8-inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in electric skillet or wok to 400u0b0.
  3. Stir-fry pork for 3 to 5 minutes, until pork is no longer pink.
  4. Add vegetables, chicken broth and marinade.
  5. Stir mixture until tender-crisp.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
