Italian Antipasto Quiche
- 1 pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped salami
- 1/4 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced, with tops
- 24 capers, to sprinkle on top
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Spray pie plate or tart plate with non stick spray and line with crust.
- Prick crust all over.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except the capers in large mixing bowl.
- Carefully pour into pie plate.
- Sprinkle the capers on top.
- Bake in prheated oven about 50 minutes at about 400u0b0, or until done.
- Serve with salad or cut into small pieces for an appetizer.
