Turkey Quinoa Sloppy Joes

  1. In medium saucepan of boiling water, cook quinoa. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile saute vegetables and garlic in oil. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in quinoa, tomato sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 6-8 minutes. Season to salt and pepper.
  4. Top bottom halves of buns with turkey mixture. Cover with top halves.
