Bahian Shrimp Muqueca(Muqueca De Camarao)

  1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot and stir-fry the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and prawns.
  3. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the salt, lemon juice, tomatoes, parsley, pepper, cayenne and coconut milk.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with Brazilian Rice with coconut milk.
  6. Serves 4 to 5.
