Crab Spaghetti
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 2 sticks butter, divided
- 1/2 lb. (or more) mushrooms, sliced
- bunch green onions, chopped
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- white pepper to taste
- small jar pimentos
- Combine half and half, Velveeta and one stick of butter in pan over
- verytow
- heat, stir occasionally.
- In the meantime, melt other
- stick
- of
- butter
- in
- frypan and add sliced mushrooms. Saute
- over
- low
- heat covered until mushrooms are cooked.took spaghetti
- in
- large
- pot
- in salted water until tender.
- Drain and
- return
- to
- same
- pot.
- Add
- cheese sauce, mushrooms, pimentos
- and
- raw onions.tix thoroughly and then fold crabmeat into
- mixture.
- Place
- in one large or two small casserole dishes. Bake at 300u0b0 for 30 minutes.
