Balsamic Honey Glazed Lamb Chops

  1. Brush lamb chops with oil.
  2. Sprinkle with thyme.
  3. Pepper & salt
  4. Cook in large skillet over medium-high heat for 10 mins.(turning once).
  5. Heat vinegar & honey in another large skillet.
  6. Stir and bring to boil.
  7. Core & cut apples or pears into 10 slices (if figs are used, cut them in half).
  8. Add fruit to bubbling mixture (turning to coat).
  9. Cook until the fruit is glazed and just tender.
  10. Place browned lamb chops into the bubbling mixture.
  11. Turn the chops every minute to glaze with sauce.
  12. Cook to desired degree of doneness.
  13. Serve glazed fruit and a drizzle of sauce.
