Striped Delight
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding*
- 3 1/2 c. milk*
- *Or: 1 pkg. pudding (6 serving) and 2 1/2 c. milk
- Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Mix cream cheese with 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
- Fold into the whipped topping, reserving 1/2 cup for top layer.
- Spread over crust.
- Mix pudding according to package directions.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
- Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
