Bly'S Sport Pizza
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 2 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 oz. pepperoni, sliced and quartered
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 3-quart bowl.
- Stir in flour, oil, garlic and salt.
- Mix until dough; let stand 15 minutes.
- Heat oven to 425u0b0.
- Pat dough to shape of cookie sheet (12 x 15 1/2-inch).
- Place dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
