Crab Soup
- 1 stick real butter, melted
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried celery flakes
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 large can Pet cream
- 1 1/2 pt. whole milk
- 2 cans potato soup
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- kaiser buns
- Saute butter, both onions, parsley, garlic and celery flakes until tender.
- Then add Pet milk, then whole milk and potato soup. Cook slowly and stir for 30 minutes.
- Then add crab meat.
- Cook very low for 2 hours.
- You may have to add a little more milk.
- Add Cajun seasoning.
- Serve on toasted kaiser buns that have been toasted real hard.
- Slice off top and scoop out the inside.
- Fill with soup and replace top.
