Martin'S Loaf

  1. Have butcher bone round steak and put through cuber.
  2. Place meat on flat surface; sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Top with layer of mushrooms, onion (separated into rings) and olives, then sprinkle with crumbs.
  4. Mix melted butter with egg; pour over stuffing.
  5. Roll meat, jelly roll fashion.
  6. Tie with string.
  7. Put into shallow dish.
  8. Pour wine over top.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper and paprika.
  10. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour, basting once or twice.
  11. Slice and serve with pan juices.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
