Pearl'S Trifle
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 large bananas
- 3 c. cold milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 lb. sliced strawberries or raspberries
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1 large pkg. sandwich cookies
- a few slivered almonds
- 2 medium jelly rolls, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
- Mix cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- Drain pineapple and save juice.
- Slice bananas into pineapple juice, set aside.
- Add vanilla pudding and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly, until mixture thickens. Gently fold in the Cool Whip and crushed pineapple.
- Blend well, but do not beat.
- Crush cookies in blender.
