Mexican Layered Dip
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
- 1 small can salsa
- 1 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes (approximately 3 medium)
- 1 (6 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
- On a large platter (9 x 13-inch or 10-inch round), layer ingredients in the following order:
- jalapeno dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, salsa, onions, tomatoes, olives and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
