Oysters Rockefeller Casserole

  1. Drain oysters.
  2. Melt butter and saute celery.
  3. Add onion, parsley, spinach, anise seed, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cayenne.
  4. Cook about 3 minutes.
  5. Add bread crumbs.
  6. Spray a shallow casserole dish.
  7. Arrange oysters in single layer only. Cover with Rockefeller mixture evenly.
  8. Bake in 400u0b0 oven approximately 20 minutes.
  9. Remove and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
  10. Return to oven and broil for a minute or two until brown.
