Tortilla Casserole
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 2 c. grated American cheese
- 1 doz. tortillas, cut fine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 fish or 6 red fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. granulated onion
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- fish fillets (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
