Broccoli Sausage Quiche

  1. Line the unbaked pie shell with a double thickness of foil. Bake in 450u0b0 oven for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove foil.
  3. Bake 4 to 6 minutes more or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 375u0b0.
  6. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms about 5 minutes or until sausage is brown; drain.
  7. In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs, soup, onion and pepper.
  8. Stir in the sausage mixture, broccoli and 3/4 cup of the cheese.
  9. Pour mixture into the baked shell and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  10. Bake in 375u0b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
