Company Cauliflower

  1. Separate cauliflower into medium pieces; cook, covered in boiling water, until tender (10 to 15 minutes).
  2. Drain.
  3. Saute green pepper and pimento in margarine; blend in flour.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick; add salt, mushroom soup and cheese.
  5. Continue stirring until smooth.
  6. Add cauliflower and mix gently until cauliflower is coated.
  7. Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Yield:
  11. 6 to 8 servings.
