Spaghetti Pie
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 lb. sweet sausage
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- Break spaghetti into thirds and cook as directed on package. Drain and while still warm, combine with eggs and Parmesan.
- Put into 9 or 10-inch pie plate that is well-greased.
- Pat up the sides.
- Melt butter and saute onions until soft.
- Stir sour cream into onions.
- Spread over the spaghetti.
- Take sausage out of casing and crumble and cook it.
- Add sausage to the spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
- Spoon over spaghetti.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Put grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 10 minutes more.
