Turkey Meatball Stroganoff(Low-Fat)

  1. Combine turkey, bread crumbs and garlic powder.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  4. Brown turkey balls on all sides; drain.
  5. In same skillet, heat Butter Buds and saute onions.
  6. Add flour.
  7. Using wire whisk, add instant broth and water, stirring until gravy consistency.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Add turkey balls and simmer 10 minutes.
  10. Stir in yogurt but do not boil, just heat slightly.
  11. Serve over hot noodles.
  12. Serves 6.
