Far East Cherries And Ham

  1. Drain cherries and pineapple, reserving syrups.
  2. Brown ham in oil.
  3. Combine fruit syrups with brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Add to ham mixture and cook until thickened.
  5. Add green pepper, green onions, cherries and pineapple.
  6. Heat to boiling and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
  7. Serve over steamed rice.
  8. Serves 6.
