Baked Pork Chops

  1. Trim all fat from chops.
  2. Beat egg white with evaporated skim milk.
  3. Place chops in milk mixture.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes, turning chops once.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together corn flake crumbs, bread crumbs, hot 'n spicy seasoning and salt.
  6. Remove chops from milk mixture.
  7. Coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
  8. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray coating.
  9. Place chops in pan.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  11. Turn chops.
  12. Bake 15 minutes longer.
  13. Makes 6 servings, 186 calories, 4.9 g per serving.
