Bavarian Pot Roast

  1. Coat meat with flour.
  2. In large kettle, brown in oil.
  3. Add juice concentrate, onion, bouillon and spices.
  4. Cover and simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Add carrots and potatoes, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
  6. Add apples, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
