Baked Fish Parmesan
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry onion flakes
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red peppers
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 lb. fish
- In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, bouillon and seasonings.
- Cut fish in serving-size pieces.
- Dip fish in melted butter, turning to coat both sides.
- Let excess butter drain off, then dip fish into seasoned crumbs, coating well. Place fish on lightly buttered shallow baking pan.
- Sprinkle fish with any remaining butter.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serves 4.
