Reuben Meat Loaf

  1. In bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Add ground beef and mix well.
  3. On waxed paper, pat mixture to a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
  4. Top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup of the cheese.
  5. Using waxed paper to lift rectangle, roll up meat jelly-roll style, beginning with short side.
  6. Press ends to seal.
  7. Place roll, seam side down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 50 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake 3 minutes more.
  11. Serves 8.
